Use of such materials is strictly prohibited and violations shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Further, the Swim With Poppies trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not manufactured or otherwise authorized in writing by Swim With Poppies, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers as to the source of the products.
